If you inform us of the accomodation you would like to rent (villa, hotel, apart, pension), first of all the avaliblity for the dates you want is checked. Dates are kept so that you can make a reservation, when it's avaliable.(maximum 24 hours). Untill then the reservation form must be filled and prepayment must be paid. Prepayment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining fee is collected in cash upon arrival at the villa. Damage deposit is requested on check-in dates for villas and apartments. (damage deposit is refundable)

The capacity number of villas and apartments  is stated on our website. Villas/apartments can accept guests up to this capacity. Guests aged 2 and over are included in this capacity. For this reason, it would be more convenient for you to choose a villa according to your capacity.

As stated in the details of the villas on our website, electricity, water, internet (wifi), air conditioning, gas usage, pool and garden maintenance expenses, and cleaning expenses at the entrance to the villa are included in the price. Transportation, meals and extra cleaning requests are not included in the price.

Meals are not included in our villas, apartments and pensions. All of our villas have all kitchen utensils, you can cook your own food or order from nearby restaurants.

Breakfast is included in the price of our three villas. Villa Yağız, Villa Melis and Villa Akdeniz are charged with breakfast included. You can take a look at these villas.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am in villas, apartments and pensions. In the meantime, our villas, apartments and hostels are cleaned, disinfected and ventilated for new guests. For this reason, it will be more convenient for you to arrange your arrival time at the villa according to these hours.

Check-in time for hotels is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

For the Kalkan region, Antalya airport is 210 km and Dalaman airport is 125 km. We recommend you Dalaman airport. If you wish, you can request a private transfer from the airport to the villa with an extra fee. You can contact us for transfer service.

Unfortunately, pets are not accepted for villas, apartments and hostels. Accommodation will not be accepted for guests bringing pets, even if payment has been made.

Unfortunately, one person's identity information is not enough. It is compulsory by law to transmit the identity information of all guests staying at the accomodation to the regional security units (Gendarmerie or Police).

The kitchen tools and equipment of the villas are fully equipped and there are no products such as blender, but a set of bath and face towels and beds are delivered ready for everyone. Many villas have one-time toilet paper and liquid soap. Apart from your personal belongings, maybe you can bring your camera and laptop computer or iPod or a beach towel to use on the beach. Beach towels are also provided in some of our villas. In addition, the kitchen equipment of some of our buildings may be more equipped than the standards. This is a situation at the discretion of the host.
