When you reserve the villas/apartments, electricity, water, air conditioning and internet charges are included in the price. The cleaning fee varies by villa, and a cleaning fee may be charged for short rentals in some villas/apartments.

A refundable security deposit is required upon entering the villa. Before you check-out the villa/apart will be checked and if there is no damage your deposit will be transferred.

It is assumed that our guests renting the villa/apart have accepted the distance contract on the website www.holidaysinkalkan.com.
