The villa is taken care of every other day by friends who take care of the pool and garden.

When you reserve the villas, electricity, water, air conditioning and internet charges are included in the price. The cleaning fee varies by villa, and a cleaning fee may be charged for short rentals in some villas.

A refundable security deposit is required upon entering the villa. Before you check-out the villa will be checked and if there is no damage your deposit will be transferred.
